Dashing through the snow

We spent the Evening with my little Brother Jordan and his girlfriend Tamara. We headed 30 min north from Park City for a Sleigh Ride. It was sooooo much fun! When we arrived there were 2 tents. They had the most amazing bread with sweet cream cheese, hot coca and cider. After we had a few snacks we headed to the sleighs that were pulled by Belgian horses. They were HUGE!!!! Weighing over 2400lbs each! After the sleigh ride we headed into a cozy cabin.  it was totally "homestyle" cooking and we all loved it! They had an acoustic guitar player who was singing Lady Gaga and Sublime songs "county style". (So weird, but actually pretty good). It was a great night!!!!
Riley running to our shuttle. Our driver was really great, and he is Tiger Woods driver when he comes into town! We had a good laugh about that :)

Riley 's 1st time Snow Boarding

It took some convincing, but Finally the staff at the Canyons resort in Park City agreed to give Riley a snowboard lesson. They kept saying he was to young, that they don't start kids on boards until they are 6. Paul was not about to pay for a SKI lesson and said he knew RIley would be fine on the board. They got us the Rock Star of all instructors "Trigger" and after a few tears Riley had it down! After his lesson he said "I love Trigger mom, can i go again tomorrow"? Here are 2 short video's and a couple pictures...

Easter Weekend

We had such an amazing Easter weekend. My older sister Lindsey (who lives in Arizona) and little bro Jordan (who lives in Utah) came into town. Its rare that we have both of them here at the same time so when we do we make sure we make the most of it! Friday evening we had a BBQ at our house. Yummy food, happy kids and a foosball games. Saturday we spent the day at the beach with family and friends. The weather turned out to be perfect, although the water was freezing! That night a group of us went and saw Clash of the Titans (Thanks mom for watching the kids). Easter Sunday began at my Moms house with her traditional brunch... Eggs Benedict, Sour Cream waffles, Fruits, breads, Bacon, fresh Juice etc. After Breakfast the kids had their easter egg hunt! Its so fun watching the excitement on their faces as they run around grabbing eggs. Riley kept saying "I won, I won". (I tried to let him know it wasn't a contest and he had an advantage being the oldest boy)! That evening it was back to my moms for dinner... More yummy food and family fun. I am so grateful for all of my family, They make the Holiday's so much better!
