Beach and Baseball

We started our day at the beach, we figured we would get the kids tired and then they would nap before the Angels game that night, and the plan worked! Riley was practicing his "flips" that morning and despite wheat you may think form the picture below, no he wasn't injured.

After naps and dinner we headed to the game, cowboy hat night Yeehaw!

Riley and Sidney LOVE going to the Angels games, but even the biggest 2 year old baseball fan gets a little wiggly so she resorts to my face, a Tori Hunter lego and daddy's lap to entertain her.

Found Her!

Our neighbors put a ramp in the tot lot for the day so Paul took Sid and Riley to check it out. Look where we found Sid hiding....

Memorial day

Memorial day was such a beautiful fun day.

We started the day with breakfast at my moms house, some rock band with Aven, Uncle Jared and Kadyn and then headed to the beach

  

I made these Push Pops to take to the beach but I left them in my moms fridge... whoops

It didn't take long before Sid needed a nap, so I put her the car to go for a "nap lap"and she was out before we even got to PCH! By the time she woke up we were ready to leave, but not before she could show us some her "moves"!

                             

NB Slammers

Riley is still loving plain with the Newport Slammers. Paul and I are so impressed with how quickly he is learning and his eagerness to play. He has no fear of the ball and as of now defense is his strong suit, he can tackle and take the ball away from the boys twice his size and he doesn't even flinch!

Sid loves to get in on the action when she can, and after practice nothing makes Riley and Sid happier than dinner at Ruby's.
