Slip and Slide!

When I saw a Slip 'N slide at Toy "r" Us for $4.99 I thought it would be so fun to use at the beach and for that price if it didn't work out oh well! So we tried it and now its all Riley wants to do! We are working out the kinks (you need a bit of a slope to get a good ride and the smoother the sand the faster you go so wet even sand is ideal) I foresee this summer being filled with days like these and I love it!

 Sid hasn't wanted to try it yet, can't say I blame her though.

Spring Sing

Riley had his Our Sviors Luthern preschool Spring Sing this week. To say he has stage fright is an understatement. He hates performing, and usually looks like a deer in headlights. This time he did loosen up during the chicken dance song though, way to go RIley!

Sidney cheered for Riley the entire time, she even made him a sign! 

Evening at the Beach

Days at the beach are amazing, nights at the beach are just the same!!!  Riley and Henry could play together for DAYS! Running in ocean, acting like "pretty ladies" lol, and climbing onto the roof. Its not stop shenanigans for these two!

Friends,  pizza, campfire cones, and glow sticks make for a perfect evening and by the time we left at 10pm it's safe to say the kids were DONE!
