1 Her 1st date was to Catalina
on a private plane flown by her date.
She is highly allergic to surgical glue
She had her thyroid
removed
She NEVER goes to bed
with make on. NEVER
She sings Tenor/bass and sometimes sings
on the men’s side.
1 She was bit on her butt by a Doberman
pincher in college.
Her Mercedes was flooded by her 5 year
old who wanted to wash the inside of her car by putting those through the
window
She like to pull toes, her kids hate it.
She is the strongest woman we know. (not
physically, the other kind of stong)
She is VERY
competitive, especially at board games (see #45)
She has Hula Hoop
Skills! They even made an instructional video for all the other schools P.E.
classes with her demonstrating how to do it!
She’s take a bath with bubbles over a
shower any day
She writes amazing church talks. Just
ask her kids who’ve given one on Sunday.
If she is at a Mexican restaurant she
will order a chili rellano.
LOVES puzzles and
wished her kids did to.
She slid down a hand
rail in high school and when she got to the end and stood up her dress was
unbuttoned top to bottom FLASHER!
Peppermint ice cream is her favorite
dessert, hands down.
If she the time, she would read 1 book
every 2 days. (Don’t worry mom, I hear in heaven all you do is read all day!)
She’s been deep sea fishing in Cabo and
caught HUGE marlin both times!
Don’t make her mad when she’s drinking
milk, she will pour it on your head.
She is the youngest of 5 children
For her sons 12th birthday
she bought him the Gun’s ‘n Roses album “Use your Illusion 1 & 2”
She was the Apple of her Fathers Eye, a
daddy’s girl and his absolute favorite.
She has NEVER waivered in her testimony
of the Gospel. EVER.
Her Eldest brother is the only other
living member of her family. Both of her parents, her two sisters, and one
brother have passed away.
Her calling on earth is to make sure all
of her children “make it home”.
She dislikes the color purple very much!
She misses her Dad EVERY day!
As a teenager she
made her boyfriend (now her husband) a German chocolate cake. She took it to
his house and when the door opened she dropped the entire cake!
Those her know her
best call her “Burn the bread Barbara”
She is so smart, she
almost never wrong. Except the time she thought Spain was in South America and
defended her answer by proclaiming they spoke Spanish is Spain!
She is a great
seamstress
She cheats at
scrabble. You do Mom!
She is naturally
rebellious, and works very hard controlling it. (I don’t really believe that,
she’s to perfect).
She ran away from
home at 14 because her parents wouldn’t let her see her “boyfriend”.
She is the bravest
person I have ever met and has faced every trial with faith and dignity.
All of the trial I
have seen her face have been because of other peoples choices, none that were
her own. Because she ALWAYS
makes the right choice (told you she was perfect).’
She loves Theatre,
musicals and plays
She has always kept a
journal/diary even for her children when they were babies!
Gardenias are her
favorite flower/scent
She has a mother’s
intuition, but multiply it by 1,000!
Her closet is always
organized, always! By color, length of dress, fabrication of shirt etc.
She’s good at sharing,
she will share anything she owns without hesitation.
Her children would
have never made it through this life without her!

BULL CRUNCHIES and her children will never let her live it down!
