The boys come to town!

This post is a few weeks behind... So I am catching up. Its not very often when get we to see Papa (Pauls dad) and Ryan (Pauls brother) at the same time but when we do its always a blast! Ryan came down with his son Trey for the All Star Game at Angels stadium so we made a 2 days of it. Beach House, Tennis club pool, baseball and some soccer.

THE TOT LOT

We have a park across the street from our house that is known as the "Tot Lot". We love having a park so close by and are so lucky to have so many kids in our neighborhood for Riley to play with. These boys play tag, hide and seek, baseball and everything else young boys like to do. Unfortunately accidents are bound to happen and Riley received his 1st Black Eye....

Happy 4th of July!

We had so many wonderful activities to celebrate the 4th of July this year. Riley's school put on an awesome Carnival on Friday with pony rides, games, hot dogs, cotton candy and prizes.  On Saturday Paul and Riley attended our church's annual pancake breakfast and bike parade and then we headed to the beach with friends for a party! The sun came and went but it was a beautiful day. Sunday we went to church and we ended the festivities at the Angels Game...

We made it on the big screen twice.... Perhaps it was our festive glasses!!! (And yes, Riley brought his girlfriend Jessie to the game)!

Toy Story 3!

Toy Story is one of Riley and Avens favorite movies so we decided to go all out on opening day of TOY STORY 3. Both Boys rocked their new Adidas Buzz Light year high top shoes and "Buzz Wings" and off we went to the DISNEY EL CAPITAN THEATRE in HOLLYWOOD! The Movie theatre was awesome, VIP seating, 3D glasses,  and in my opinion the best out of all 3 Toy Story Movies. Downtown Hollywood is an experience in itself and I look forward to seeing many more Disney movies at this theatre. Another perk was after the Movie we headed to the TOY STORY FUN ZONE! (Across the street from the theatre at Hollywood Highschool) for free fun and games. We got to meet the characters, run through mazes, bike races, watch a live show and play with some toys and before we knew it we realized it was 7pm!!! Wow we couldn't believe how fast the day went (considering we left the house at 1:00) so we headed to the Disney soda shop for some dinner and made it home by 9:30. ALL of us were wiped out but I know it was an experience we will ALL remember!
