Thirty!

My Birthday weekend turning 30 was the best weekend ever! Not only a surprise birthday party from my amazing husband but a mothers day brunch with Riley and mothers day with both Paul and my amazing mom. (Prepare for picture overload).

When we first walked in to Miss Diannes house we were greeted with a hug and rose! She had prepared a wonderful spread for our kids to serve us mommy's on Friday afternoon and helped the kids write sweet letters and and a few other special gifts for us.

SATURDAY AKA MY 30TH BIRTHDAY

Since I was prepared for a "family BBQ" I was a more than surprised when I drove down the hill to the house to a lot of cars! My hubby pulled out all the stops (and came to find out later with help from my my family). Chomp Chomp Gourmet Food Truck, Hawaiian music, he flew my little brother Jordan in from Utah, His mom Melinda drove in from San Luis Obispo, Sprinkles cupcakes, birthday cake, decorations, Leis, a slide show and an amazing book of letters that my mom put together me from friends and family. Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate. It was a day I will never forget!

Mothers day... Unfortunately I didn't get a picture with my own Mom, but it had been a long weekend :)

RIley cut his own hair!

Riley told me he was going to brush his teeth... He came back into our bedroom looking like this! I asked what happened and he said "His hair was in his eyes"! Well that was that... And Uncle Jared came to the rescue with his clippers and Rileys hair was long gone.... 

Easter Sunday

Our day started out with Easter baskets, french toast and then church. Usually I am able to get a picture of the kids on the stairs with out an issue but not this time, Sidney just wouldn't have it! After church we came home for lunch and then a neighborhood Easter egg hunt and after a nap we headed to Me-moms for another egg hunt and a delicious dinner and a swim in the jacuzzi! (I have really been slacking on the the pictures lately).

Bubble fest

We had such a fun day at the Discover science museum with Sidney, Riley and his friend Spencer. We weren't allowed to take pictures during the bubble show but it was AMAZING and the kids loved it! After the show Paul took Sidney home and me and the boys headed to the Rain Forest Cafe for lunch.
